Neet cut off 2020 for general Category is 701-134
For unreserved category physically handicapped it is 133 - 120, for SC , 133-107, for St it is 133 - 107.

For getting Admission in government colleges in Pune or Mumbai 450 score is not enough. You may get private College .

You haven't mentioned your Category. Maharashtra MBBS seats are filled through 15% All India Counselling and 85% State Counselling. The State Quota seats are filled divided into 70% Regional quota and 30% State Quota. The 70% Regional quota seats are reserved for Candidates belonging to Vidarbha, Marathwada and Rest of Maharashtra. And the Constitutional quota of Maharashtra is for Candidates belonging to SC, ST, Vimukta Jati/Denotified Tribes, NT-A,B,C,D and OBC. NT-B falls under OBC Category. With 450, if you belong to General Category or OBC, a seat in Pune or Mumbai Medical Colleges might be tough. You will need 550 and more. You might get a seat with this score if you belong to Reserved Categories under Govt. Quota of Private Medical Colleges for sure. But again, cut offs change every year.
