You haven't mentioned your Category. Maharashtra MBBS seats are filled through 15% All India Counselling and 85% State Counselling. The State Quota seats are filled divided into 70% Regional quota and 30% State Quota. The 70% Regional quota seats are reserved for Candidates belonging to Vidarbha, Marathwada and Rest of Maharashtra. And the Constitutional quota of Maharashtra is for Candidates belonging to SC, ST, Vimukta Jati/Denotified Tribes, NT-A,B,C,D and OBC. NT-B falls under OBC Category. With 450, if you belong to General Category or OBC, a seat in Pune or Mumbai Medical Colleges might be tough. You will need 550 and more. You might get a seat with this score if you belong to Reserved Categories under Govt. Quota of Private Medical Colleges for sure. But again, cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
