As of now its tough to say which college you can get into because the cutoff changes every year with college and this year the cutoff went high and very few seats have increased.with your previous year analysis,your rank and category we can find your possibilities into colleges.with your score and last year analysis you canhave very few chances in:

COOCHBEHAR GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE(last year cutoff 510)

In neet 2019 , 510 marks for obc category was the cut off marks/ lowest marks that got a government medical college under west Bengal State quota and it was for COOCHBEHAR GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL

cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
