if i get 64 marks in jee mains 2021 16 march 1 shift then what should be the percentile

Since the exam for March 16, shift 1 was moderately difficult you expected percentile on the basis of your score of 64 will be around 87.08 - 90.2. Now on the basis of this percentile it would be slightly difficult to get into NITs or IITs.

As you haven't mentioned the difficulty level of your paper, but If your paper was moderately difficult then according to your mentioned marks you percentile would lies somewhere between 87.08-90.02. On the basis of this percentile, considering 87.08 your percentile, your rank would fall somewhere between 132172-148580.
