if i get 70 percentile in jee mains and i am in obc category do i get seat in niit

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you no it is nearly impossible to get N.I.T with this percentile as 70% is very less as compared to cutoff and your rank will also be around 306900 - 345000. To get N.I.T you should get percentile around 95-96 then only you can expect a seat.
