if I get absence in the improvement exam of 2020, in any of my exam subject, then what will happen to the results.

Hello Tarun,
If you absent in any of the subjects of your 12 improvement exam then your previous year marks are shown on your new marksheet. But it will affect your overall percentage, I recommend you to don't miss your any of the exam. By chance Any of your subject miss then overall your percentage should be more than 75% so it will not affect your jee mains.
