If I get allotment in a deemed university in 1 round MCC counselling, do I have to go to the Alloted university for upgradation option, in case I don't get upgradation in a better college, can I retain alloted seat in deemed university.?

Hello,
The seat alloted to you in round 1 is not cancelled until you are offered a seat in round 2 . As you are offered a seat in round 2 the fee and documents are sent to your new university. Once a seat is cancelled then you would not get it back so try to choose carefully. If you are not offered any seat in round 2 then you would still have your seat in round 1.
