if I get allotted to college in first round...then I applied for 2 nd round and I get another college but of I don't like it then can I go back to the college of first round for neet UG

No you cannot join the seat allotted in round 1st if you get a seat in round 2nd.

See if you got allotted a college in round 1st then you can either join it or leave it, if you join it then either you can apply for upgradation or you take admission in that college, in case you apply for upgradation and if an upgraded seat gets allotted to you in round 2nd then the seat allotted to you in round 1st will automatically be cancelled and would be allotted to another candidate, So you cannot take it back if you got an upgraded seat in round 2nd but if you don't get an upgraded seat in round 2nd then you would retain back the seat allotted in round 1st.
