If I get an allotment for 12th listed course in my order in the 1st allotment but wish to get 11th listed course, can i go for 2nd allotment

It should be very clear for all the Aspirants who are registering in josaa that if you get the first choice in first round then you are only elligible for that college .
After first round you may not change the sequence of choices .
