Dear you should not aim a particular rank.You should always prepare for the best and give your best.The cutoff ranks or closing ranks changes every year but with this rank you can not get good NITs and core branches.You can only expect Eastern states NITs and lower ranked branches even after using your quota.So,i would recommend you to prepare well for the exam and give your best.Feel free to ask.
