If I get eligible mark can I buy a medical seat? Fr example last year it was 119 ( cost doesn't matter) can I buy???

Hi aspirant, if you will get eligible Marks then first you need to attend counselling and you can get different course of medical. If you are looking towards MBBS then you can take admission in private colleges in your state.
If you are going to appear in other exams like AIMS and JIPMER then you must be having different options to choose college.
