If i get admission in engineering college will my name be deducted from neet rounds and if i get a medical seat can i surrender my seat?

See as per the colleges criteria you have to also give the counselling fees to finalize your choice or otherwise if you drop first round than you can enter in further subsequent rounds for counselling this is totally based on college counselling procedure
