If I get my top priority college in jossa can i switch to lower priority?

Hello There,
See the counselling of JoSAA is based on the "First choice" policy.
If you have enough rank to get yourself into the first choice in the JoSAA Portal, then its is not possible for you to choose the lower priority college .
However, if you get a college with lower priority and you are willing to accept it, then you can use the lock option during counselling to lock you seat in that college and exit the counselling.
