if I get qualified in jee advanced but 26000 in general and 3500 in ews category what are the private institutions I can get

You can go for josaa counselling , you might get some new iit in the later round in some low branches like metallurgy , mining etc.
JEE Advanced score can be used to take admission to many colleges other than IIT which are these -
1)IISC Bangalore
2)IISER
3)IIST Thiruvananthapuram
4)RGIPT
5)IIPE
From these government institutes , you have good chances to get iist , iiser , rgipt and iipe , so you can try for them .

As per the cutoff of this year for general ews onemust score at least 31.5% aggregate of the total marks of JEE advanced. For example, you must have to score 31.5 % of 396 marks from your EWS category to qualified cutoff of JEE advanced 2020. As your JEE rank is 26000.
