If someone use float option in csab 2019 special round and does pay the seat acceptance fee whether his/her registration fee will be refund

Dear student, even if you select the float option in round 1, you will have to pay seat acceptance fee to the allotted college. And if you choose another college in the second round, the submitted fees will be adjusted with that college and any extra amount will be refunded back to you.
