If I get top 4 uptu college should I take admission in them? There are a lot of myth I heard that package is very low in up college.

The colleges under UPTU are average colleges and placements are average as well.

There is not much difference between both. You can prefer Ajay Kumar Garg Engg College for the btech studies.
