You can choose only one mode to appear for the exam either PBT or CBT. You'll get the option at the time of filling the application form. For more details on MAT, check the link given below:

Are the pbt & cbt questions same???

No. Questions are different in pbt and cbt. However, the difficulty level remains more or less the same.
