if i give GATE 2028 in 3rd year of my college and in this condition my B. TECH degree is not completed obviously then i will get admission in IIT if i cross his cut off in GATE 2028

No  you cannot get admission to IIT for M Tech if your B Tech is not completed at the time of admission, even if you clear the GATE cutoff but Yes, you can appear for GATE 2028 in your 3rd year of B Tech even if your degree is not yet completed. If you meet the GATE cutoff and your college allows pre-final year students to apply, you can get admission to IITs for M Tech , but you must complete your B Tech before the admission deadline. Admission will be provisional until your degree is awarded.

Yes, If you crack the GATE exam in 2028 of your 3rd year,you will admission in IITs/NITs for higher post  graduation of M.Tech / PhD. But you must complete your Btech degree first. You need to participate in counseling like COAP after results. Then you have to reserve seat and join IIT/NITs after your final year. Your GATE score is valid for 3 years. So by using GATE score with 3 year validity period you can join IIT after your final graduation.

Yes you can absolutely give gate 2028 even if you will be in your 3rd year of college by that time because gate score is valid till 3 years and after you complete your btech you can take admission in an iit if you score very well. But it also depends upon the specific iit that you want to take admission in because cutoff changes every year. The same score three years back might not get you your desired seat after three years. Also psu's have very less elligibility time for gate score. Some have 1 year only so do take these conditions in mind. So if you still want to give gate in 3rd year you need to get a really good rank so that the difference in cut off won't borther you but remember competitive exams are very unpredictable.
