if i give improvement exam and score good in that will i get admission in good physiotherapy college this year itself i gave my boards exam

If you score good, and pass the eligibility criteria (i.e, 45% marks), you are sure to get admission in BPT.

For this, there is no common entrance test but some colleges such as Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay college conduct its entrance for the course in June/ July.

Also, some colleges only require that you pass your 12th std with PCB.
