if i got 20 mark in 3 subjects. then mai pass ho paunga ya nahi.

You didn't mention the examination and the subjects about which you are asking
In case if you are asking about CBSE board examination then Sorry to tell you but you will not be able to pass your board examination , as for subjects like physics ,chemistry and Biology, theory examination is conducted for 70 marks , out of which 23 marks are required in each subject for passing.
