if I got 34,000 rank in general and 8300 rank in OBC 2019 mains, if i get similar ranks in advanced, can i expect IIT chennai, hyderabad

First of all congrats for securing 34k rank in jee 2019. You will definitely get some good colleges, on this rank now coming to you question if you will get 34k rank in jee Advance then offcourse you will get CSE department in IIT hyderaabad ( as last year intake for cse is 35k).For IIT chennai you may have to wait some rounds for top branches , but you will definitely get an assured seat.
