96.7 percentile could fetch you a rank around 33759-37950 .now these are based on previous year analysis .As of now its tough to say because the analysis and also cutoffs change every year due to many factors like total students appearing for exam,difficulty level of paper etc.with your rank and percentile you have fair chances to fetch seat in nits,iiits but cant assure about cse.the cutoff for cse is usually very high.however once check your homestate cutoff .you can get closing rank for josaa official website: https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx

I think you have got  go 96.7, on the basis of this percentile your rank would fall somewhere between 33759-33950 . It's totally depending upon the Institute you want to take admission into. And one more thing, the Cutoff doesn't remain same every year. The cutoff also depends upon the number of Candidates appeared for the exam and what are the category of the Candidates. But if you want to get into the top IITs then you must score more than 99 percentile, considering you a General category candidate as you haven't mentioned your category, as Cutoffs are very very high for this year.
