If I got a seat in punjab and then can I see the aiims open round?

Dear candidate,
If you get seat in any medical college,it does not matter neither interfere in AIIMS seat allotment.You can definately go for the open round counselling of aiims and if you get selected you may leave the previous college.Just you would have to get your documents from the present college at the earliest for which I suggest to write an application after seat allotment in AIIMS.
