if I got below 65%(SC) in board. And got 100 in JEE. JEE will still applicable ??

Sorry but you had to have minimum of 65% in boards as a SC student to get eligible for jee mains and advance. I would suggest you to either go for improvement next year increase your percentage then appear again or just simply take admission somewhere else
