If I got ece branch and if I internally slide to cse then can I get fee reimbursement by government?

No, you will not be eligible to get fee reimbursement if you have choosed internal sliding within the same college. Candidates who have secured admission in a college under convener quota through counselling are only eligible to for fee reimbursement provided they must fulfill the eligibility requirements applicable for fee reimbursement. You can only change your branch through internal sliding only if there are vacancies left in that particular branch.
