if I got fail in 2 subjects of 2nd sem can I still continue my 3 rd sem ? or I have to drop for a year to crack my exam?

hope you are doing well
well by failing in 2 subject is not a matter of taking so much tensions.
The rule is if a student fails in two subjects , he/ she will appear next year for only that papers. (They are known as back paper). But still the rule is not same for all university and college. Yes, you can continue the next semester.
the two subjects in which you fail will be considered as a back and you will have to give it again in the next year.
it is a good opportunity for you to review whether you're studying subjects that engage and motivate you or not, whether you need to improve your study techniques or whether you need to adjust your study load.
so you don't need to worry cause you are not going to drop a year. you'll go in 3rd sem and when the next year 2nd sem exam will happen then you have to apper on that exam and you have to clear that exam that time. so you have enough time for preparation as well as you have to keep in mind that you have to focus in 4th sem study also.
