No there is nothing like that if you secure rank in jee mains than you have not to pay your fee.
Every one has to pay fee even rank 1 holder .
But there is fee concession in the tuition fee of the college depending upon your category ( not based on your rank).
And each college have their own rules and regulations ; so go through that for the specific college ( about the criteria for fee concession and eligibility).
