If i have completed my 4.5 years of MBBS but just started my inetrnship am i eligible to write exam,and if i am referred batch in MBBS started my inetrnship can i write PG entrance ?

No, you are not eligible for PG entrance examination if you have just started your 1 year rotatory internship.
This because,
To be eligible you should have completed your internship
For example,
To be eligible for Neet PG 2021 you need to fulfill the given below criteria :-
-) educational qualification requirement :- to be eligible one must possess an MBBS degree recognised by Medical Council of India
-) it is also mandatory to have MBBS qualification registration either permanent or provisional issued by MCI or State Medical Council i. e SMC
-) the aspirant should complete the one year internship by 31st March of the year in which attempting Neet PG i.e by 31st March 2021 in case of neet pg 2021
