Hi Patel,
Sorry to say but this is not possible.By the score of 2019 you cannot take admission in 2020 at any college.This facility is not available till now.
This is only valid for the Gate Exam.Gate Exam score is valid for 3 years.

Yes you can definetly do that...You should have given January session..if you have not given then you can give April session.
