It depends on your branch preferences.

For getting into 5 top nit with any branch, for a safe side you need to get 150+ but to get a preferred branch 200–250 would get you a good branch moving above with your marks.

Hence you can top NITs through it.

Based on you your JEE mains score you can not get admission in IIT, for getting admission in IIT you will have to appear in JEE Advanced and have to clear it with a good mark.
