If I have got a seat in JoSAA, and have not got seat in CSAB, can I revert to the JoSAA seat?

Yes, surely you can. The only case when you cannot revert back to your JoSAA seat is when you have been allotted a seat through CSAB Spot Round. Because there is no option to withdraw in the CSAB Spot Round. Actually, this is same and valid for the entire process of CSAB Counselling.
