if i have passed in 2025 all the subjects and i gave improvement next year in 2026 in 2 subject english and maths and hence i passed in english but got rt in maths so can i clear that rt in july 2026 cbse as a private candidate

Hello Student,

Yes, if you passed CBSE class 12th in 2025 and appeared for improvement in English and Mathematics in 2026, but received RT in Mathematics, you may appear for CBSE supplementary/compartment examination in Mathematics as a private candidate provided, you meet the eligibility conditions prescribed by CBSE.

However, your 2025 pass status remain valid and the RT in the improvement examination does not cancel your original result.
