if i haven't wrote jee main 2019 as EWS candidate as i don't come to know about it so can i wrote jee advanced as EWS candidate????

In order to be eligible to apply for JEE Advance, You should have a vaild score of JEE Main Entrance Exam without JEE Main score you will not be eligible to apply for JEE Advance.
I would suggest you to appear for JEE Main 2020 & prepare well for the exam. You can also check the eligibility to apply for JEE Advance with the given below link.
