IF I LIVE IN UP UNDER WHICH CATEGORY I WILL FALL I HBTU IF I AM IN GENERAL IN CENTRAL AND IN OBC IN UP

As far as i know colleges which belong to state will consider state categories and as hbtu is funded by up govt it will consider categoriies acc to state as you are an obc in up so you will fall under obc category for state funded colleges for up only, Harcourt Butler Technical University is a state technical univer,sity located at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh in India it follows reservation policy as prescribed by the U.P. State Government or its directions issued from time to time shall be adhered to by the University,so as far as i understand you will fall under obc for up state govt colleges, also in order to be 100% sure i would recommend you to contact hbtu authorities for the same too.
