So the first thing that you need to do is to get a letter from your school stating that you have lost a certificate. Other documents required would be your Aadhar card xerox and 2 passport size photos. Take the above mentioned documents to the Mumbai Board Office in Vashi. Proceed to counter no. 9, Take the application form, Fill it and submit the filled application form along with the above documents on Counter no. 2 by paying a fee of Rs.100/- You will receive your certificate within 7-10 working days.

If you have any Xerox copy then you can carry with you, first you have to visit your school then you will have to ask them about details, because they will have your documents and even they can help you about the process. Mostly you will need to have the year you passed, name of school, your full name, date of birth. If you know roll no. Then it will be helpful. It depends on which board you are applying they will have separate form and you have to fill that and they will guide you with details required.
