if i miss to accept the seat allocation what i do , it means I don't get any collage

If you fail to accept the seat allotment within the given time limit, you will lose the allotted seat. You will not get that college, and in most cases, there would be no opportunity to participate further rounds, unless the process allows re-registration or special rounds.
