I hope your doing pretty well. I think you get a chance to fill the form only once that is before the beginning of the counselling.

I you don't get any any seat in first round then wait for the second and further rounds.

If you didn't get any seat in any of the rounds then you may not be eligible for the candidature.

But if you are asked to fill the form again , then you should grab the opportunity and go for it.

As you can enter in second round too if you skip or any how miss the opportunity for registration in 1st round. Second round registration for AIQ COUNSELING start from November 18 to 22, 2020. And almost all state also allow registration in 2nd round too if you miss the 1st round. Carefully read the COUNSELING schemes for the second round of AIQ because it is different for both round.  as in 2nd round you can't leave the college seat once you got allotted. You can only exit with forfeiture ( loosing your security deposit). For detailed information please visit the link below

You do not have to apply again for 2nd round once your registration is complete for the 1st round.

If you attend 1st round (physically or online, however it is conducted), you are automatically eligible for the second round of counselling. But if you miss the 1st round ie marked absent, you will be out of the whole procedure.
