If I opt for bscit and mscit after 12th commerce, is it possible for me to join ISRO or DRDO after Mscit? And if yes than what would be the process for it?

It is good to hear that you want to join DRDO/ISRO after completion of your graduation.After completing your B.Tech/BE/Bsc,you can apply for ISRO .After Bsc one can join as technical assistant in ISRO and as senior technical assistant B at DRDO .One has to write ISRO/DRDO entrance test in order to get recruited.

as far as i know about the eligibility criteria for bachelors of science in computer science then if you opted commerce in your 10+2 and did not study science subjects in your 10+2 then you are not eligible for B.Sc IT , to be eligible you must have completed your 10+2 from recognized board with science subjects like physics, chemistry and mathematics with an aggregate of 60 percent marks in 10+2 however percentage criteria may vary institute to institute.
