Dear aspirant,
According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to know about the reservation rules
If you are taking admission through josaa then you will get fee waiver at the respective college and also you will be alloted seat through your category only.
Actually in any college you will get seat through your category only. There is no relation between fee waiver and your category
