The first criteria for any Engineering college is that student should be 12 pass.
And the different colleges and universities have their different criteria for taking admission they set a perticular percentage (%) under which they don't accept you application.

In order to apply for the engineering colleges your overall result should be pass.
Make sure you fulfill minimum eligibility criteria of specific college in which you want to apply for.
