Yes, you can take a Class 12 improvement exam in 2026 if you passed your boards in 2025, but you will have to take it during the February-March exam cycle, not in June. The CBSE and other boards conduct improvement exams in the main examination cycle.

Yes, if you passed Class 12 in 2025 , you are not allowed to reappear in 2026 boards unless you had applied for compartment/improvement in the same board’s rules.
