if I qualified net exam december 2019,but i have no ews certificate.but my certificate is under process.am i eligible for this net exam ?please help me

Hi aspirant,
If you apply under EWS category, you should upload certificate after the declaration of results. You should upload if NET committee asks. Then you may need to submit it when you apply for a job or course using your NET score under the EWS reservation.
