If I register only for AIQ seats in Round 1 (and not deemed) of All India Counselling, can I choose to pay for deemed university in round 2?

Dear student, according to the official notification for the counselling procedure, if a seat has not been booked by you during the first round of counselling, then you must fill up the fresh choices for the second round according to the vacant seat available. In this, if you want you can choose those deemed universities.
