Hello Aspirant,

Yes score card for NEET UG will be generated even if you will not attend the examination but the difference will be the status of your marks, there it will be written as NA which means Not Attended/ Not Applicable.

However I would recommend you to at least appear for NEET UG if you have registered yourself even if you are not prepared because it will be like a mock test for you as there is no limit on number of attempts so you can again appear for it next year. Therefore you should appear in it if possible.
