if i report to the college alloted in 1st round (in neet) & go for 2nd round counseling, then my deposit money will be forfeited ?

If you get a college in second round of counselling and then choose to not join it or leave the counselling, then their will be forfeiture of deposited money. But, if you join the allotted college in second round, then you will not be allowed to leave that college.
