But the official cutoff is released on the month of April you should have to wait until the official cutoff is released..

I got much less marks in JEE main1 60 percentile now if I score good in JEE main 2 will I qualify for JEE advanced

If you work hard for April exam and get good score .you are definitely eligible to write the jEE mains exam.
