Priyanshu, approximately 869010 Candidates appeared in JEE Mains January session. And to calculate your All India Rank from your percentile, the formula used is:
100-your percentile*869010/100. Going by that, lets assume no.of Candidates who appear in JEE Mains April session will be 1200000. Then your rank using the same forumla would be 4,20,000. With this rank, even if you belong to Reserved Categories, a seat in NITs or IIITs is difficult. Though the JEE Advanced cut offs have not been released yet, you will need atleast 85 percentile and above in JEE Mains to qualify in JEE Advanced. JEE Advanced is the entrance examination for admission to IITs. So altogether, 65 percentile will not get you a seat in IIITs, IITs and NITs.
