Hii Ahara..You can give JEE Advanced 2 times ..

But after 12th if you drop a year for the preparation you can give the exam only once.

If you gave 12th exams in 2019 and missed jee advanced 2019. Then you can try with jee advanced 2020 but you can't go with 2021.
