If i take a particular seat in neet pg round 1, can i later resign from it if m alloted another seat in state counselling round 1.?

Yes you can if you leave before the open Counselling is done. If you do after that you need to pay a certain amount of security which may be in lakhs.

YES OFCOURSE YOU CAN LEAVE THE SEAT.
YOU JUST NEED TO VISIT THE ALLOTED COLLEGE  AND GIVE A WRITTEN APPLICATION THAT YOU ARE LEAVING THE SEAT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FURTHER ROUND OF COUNSELING.
BUT AT THIS POINT MOST OF THE SEAT ARE PACKED.
SO GETTING SEAT IN SECOND ROUND WILL BE VERY DIFFICULT.
UNLESS YOU TRY TO BOOK YOUR SEAT IF YOU WANT DEEMED UNIVERSITY.
