if i take a specilization other than my core branch in any university through GATE can i get stipend ,or only for selected specilizataion

You can get stipend for the course you have choosen currently.It doesnt depend wether its your cora branch or not.

The answer to your query is yes, of course, you can, but it solely depends on your skills. If you are skilled enough, let's say for an example in Web Development, but you were a student of Electrical, you can still get a good job or internship based on your coding skills. Your branch doesn't matter if your skills in a particular field are great.
