Dear Archana, if you avail benefits under Medhavi Yojna in Private Medical College you have to sign a bond to serve rural areas for a period of 5 years and with a bond value of Rs.25,00,000. If you break the bond and discontinue the rural service, that is when you need to pay 25 lakh Rupees because you are signing a bond for Rs.25,00,000.
